    At iProspect, a Business Performance Analyst is responsible for the setup and ongoing delivery of client Digital efforts and projects. As a Business Performance Analyst, you will work to support the Business Performance, Strategy Lead in developing the short and long-term strategic direction and success for your clients. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of these efforts – from campaign setup, optimization and management, to the day to day reporting to clients.


    • Responsible for the successful development of all project activities – including keyword research, technical analysis, content gap analysis, and competitive analysis
    • Determine strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for a client’s website, especially the possible impacts related to Google’s latest algorithm updates
    •  Responsible for the successful optimization of all efforts – including reviewing performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist
    •  Analyze the performance of clients’ digital properties and produce reports using monitoring and analytics tools
    • Coach and challenge the Business Performance Executive on his/her daily deliverables: overall execution & optimization of all SEO activities
    • Assist the Client Lead and Business Performance, Strategy Lead on the overall strategic direction and delivery of client projects – be it from a consumer, data, or performance perspective


    • At least 1.5 years within digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets
    • Strong technical skills
    •  Knowledge of advanced SEO theory and applied techniques (web ranking, link analysis, data analysis, ranking factors), especially for onsite optimization
    • Knowledge of specific SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, browsers extensions, etc.
    •  Knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics
    • Excellent knowledge and passion for digital
    •  Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
    • Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down
    • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
    • Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues
    • Able to work collaboratively across teams
    •  Analytical and strategic
    • Demonstrates honesty and integrity
    •  Relevant qualification from Google and Bing (Amazon an asset)
