    Responsibilities

    Insight Mining 

    • Mine traditional, digital and social resources to gain understanding and insight around client categories, brand, consumers and culture
    • Distill, write, and present simple and compelling insights, trends, summary pages, reports and presentations that fuel both creative and client efforts
    • Work in collaboration with social, digital analytics, clients and outside partners

    Brand & Communication Strategy

    • Support and/or lead brand strategy initiatives across a range of clients, including the identification and development of strategic concepts and frameworks
    • Build and socialize insight-fueled creative briefs

    Creative Champion 

    • Work in collaboration with creatives, communication partners and clients to land and activate remarkable creative ideas 
    • Deliver insight and support that can further elevate and enhance the idea
    • Champion the idea and the work with internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Min 4 years of experience as a strategist at a progressive, integrated agency
    • Recognized as a champion of great ideas, great work and great relationships 
    • Experience developing programs and campaigns with significant scope
    • Thinks and plans across platforms, channels and audiences
    • Keen interest in and understanding of social and content platforms that consumers use to connect and consume
    • Ability to conceptualize and put new ideas into context
    • Comfortable leading internal and client workshops
    • Very strong written and oral communication skills
    • Fluent in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
