    We are looking for someone who is bright, skilled and driven to join our fast-paced marketing team, and be instrumental in helping us achieve our B2B marketing goals for 2019. 

    Responsibilities

    • Create, test, monitor and optimize programs to maximize targeted lead generation and sales conversions
    • Execute on integrated campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages and other customer communications
    • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing operations functions, including lead assignment/scoring and campaign tracking
    • Work closely with Sales to feed their pipeline and support their initiatives
    • Leverage a variety of channels - including social, email, and 3rd-party programs - to generate leads
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including: GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.
    • Stay on the forefront of emerging mar-tech and tactics, and cultivate marketing best practices to maintain data integrity and deliver best-in-class campaigns
    • Deliver reports and dashboards on Marketing-generated and -influenced leads, conversions, sales opportunities and revenue, against benchmarks and targets
    • Manage contact data acquisition, enrichment and cleansing strategies to ensure quality and usability
    • Continually monitor program ROI, pipeline contribution, lead/data quality and sales activity to help identify and evaluate acquisition and engagement strategies

    Qualifications

    • Experience with Salesforce Pardot is a MUST 
    • BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
    • 2-4 years of progressive career experience and hands-on marketing execution in demand generation, email, marketing automation and reporting
    • Intermediate user of CRM/SFA and marketing automation/email marketing platforms
    • High attention to detail, well organized, and agile
    • Strong understanding of lead management processes and technologies
    • Self-starter, results oriented, high attention to detail and well organized
    • Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes on the fly
    • Strong and confident communicator
    • Experience in navigating third-party and partner relationships
    • Excited about a high-growth, award-winning company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Experience with marketing analytics, social media and content marketing an asset
