    360i is looking to add to their ever-growing Toronto team! The Insights and Analytics Manager will lead all efforts to transform data and reporting into insights, recommendations, and results. The ideal candidate will go beyond reporting, peel away the layers of data, and suggest constructive marketing test and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis.

     

    Collaboration is at the core of our business success and the Analytics Manager will need to create a tightknit and dynamic relationship with our Performance, Community Management, media and Strategy teams: first, to assist the Strategy team in compiling audience profiles, campaign goals, brief insights and measurement plans; then, to relay channel and tactic-specific optimization opportunities, in real time, directly to the Performance Media team. And lastly, to work with the Community Management team on recommendations for content and creative opportunities based on social listening.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Improve the speed of reporting by creating automated processes to more efficiently consolidate data from a multitude of internal, vendor, and application-specific sources such as Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Analytics, Sysomos, Social Bakers, Google Analytics, Omniture, Google AdWords, Kenshoo, DoubleClick, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Bing Ads, comScore, and more
    • Support the Strategy and New Business teams in pitches and strategic planning with data-driven insights
    • Build client-facing dashboards that blend data from several sources to show real-time campaign performance
    • Build dashboards for internal stakeholders of all types (executives, account leads, strategists, analysts) to facilitate data-driven decisions
    • Create client report templates that incorporate data visualization and insights. Develop efficient processes for maintaining consistent reporting cadence.
    • Seek out new analytics platforms that improve efficiency and insight capabilities to create customized reports and dashboards
    • Manage social listening platforms to identify and study behavioural trends, influencers, engagement, and content opportunities

    Qualifications

    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms
    • You possess understanding of digital planning and media buying, as well as content development
    • You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
    • You have demonstrated understanding of analytics implementation, digital tagging, web/mobile analytics, tracking, and QA
    • Expertise in data query languages such as SQL
    • You are an Excel ninja, can bang out complex formulas in your sleep, and are always on the hunt for new shortcuts
    • You have experience querying and manipulating large data sets (1,000,000+ rows)
    • You are a master presentation builder, with a keen eye for design, especially with data visualization
    • You have basic understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) operations and automation
    • You have keen interest and are active in social media platforms
    • You must have 3+ years of relevant experience
