What does a Senior Digital Investment Planner do?
You will be responsible for guiding and reinforcing best practice behavior in a high performing team of 2-4 people (a minimum of one Digital Investment Planner and one Digital Investment Coordinator). You will act as a hands on extension of your Management team to instill optimal performance across the entire buying and implementation process of Digital Investment as it relates to your dedicated patch of clients and work very closely with the wider Investment Arm, Ad Operations and Media Brand teams. The Senior Digital Investment Planner is also expected to be a steward of achieving operational excellence (timeliness and accuracy) across the media billing payable process for their entire client portfolio set, helping to troubleshoot and problem solve areas of issue. This role is also critical for providing input into supporting the overall corporate investment direction as well as the quality standards of the team’s buying recommendation and execution.
