    DentsuBos is a successful full-service ad agency with offices in Toronto and Montreal. We are a part of Dentsu Aegis Network (the single largest agency brand in the world) – consisting of a global network of agencies headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. 

     

    DentsuBos is looking for a Content Producer that will lead and manage the delivery of content jobs. This person will creates execution plans and leads projects on the production side. She or he utilizes project management best practices, while managing resources, budgets and timelines. The scope of work mostly includes video, photography and sound production. However, it might sometimes involve other type of jobs, such as events, experiential, small-scale broadcast. Great communication skills are a must to coordinate work with internal teams as well as relationships with partners and suppliers (crews, directors, DoPs, studios, etc.) From time to time the role will require a full hands-on approach, including camera operation, equipment deliveries, etc.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects on budget, on time, and on schedule
    • Manage all aspects of project: resources, scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality and communication
    • Manage all project-related requests with the Account Management team
    • Manage relationships with outsourcing partners when project requirements fall outside internal offerings
    • Prepare and consistently update project documentation: pre-production decks, WBS, specifications, status reports, change requests, etc
    • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life cycle, providing video production expertise and support
    • Participate in internal post-project reviews, internal process initiatives and proactively improve processes and quality of work
    • Work closely with the Account team, communicate on an ongoing basis to ensure changing resource and project requirements are documented, understood, and clearly presented.
    • Present production plans, including shoot details, budgets, timelines, etc. to clients
    • Sometimes, may be required to manage overall client relationship from a production perspective across projects managed by peers
    • Leverage project knowledge to assist in revenue growth within the account
    • From time to time, help with camera operation and other set and shoot related responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • 3-6 years of film / video and photography experience
    • Existing film / video portfolio
    • A creative eye for detail
    • An undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and the successful completion of project management courses
