    We are looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager who will help with the delivery of digital projects by utilizing best practices throughout the development and production processes. The person in this role will be responsible for managing concurrently a variety of digital projects that include microsites, interactive online ads, and social media integrated ads etc. This is a 6-month contract position.


    • Manage, balance, and deliver multiple concurrent digital projects while maintaining effective client and team relationships. This includes all aspects of each project, including, but not limited to, scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality and communication.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the project life cycle by providing support, coaching, motivation and inspiration to ensure delivery of a high standard quality product. This may sometimes include working with outsourcing partners.
    • Work closely with Client Services team to ensure ongoing communication to manage all project-related requests with clear documentation for project alignment.
    • May be required to manage overall client relationship from a production perspective across projects managed by peers.
    • Participate and work with other members in the Digital department on internal initiatives to improve on digital templates and processes.


    • 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital project management, ad agency experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and environments.
    • Superior meeting and time management skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of IAB standards.
    • Working knowledge of web technologies.
    • Ability to work, adapt, and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
    • Assertive and proactive, can anticipate and manage risk.
    • Affinity for technology and latest technological initiatives and applications.
