    The Account Manager serves as the daily point of client contact responsible for project-related communication and execution. Reporting directly to the Account Lead, the Account Manager has a pivotal role to play in coordinating between the production and sales team in order to ensure that client deliverables are created on time, on budget, and per the scope of work. The Account Manager also contributes to the overall strategy and ensures it aligns with the client’s business objectives.


    To succeed, the Account Manager must:

    • Manage internal and external digital marketing projects, in collaboration with the Account Lead and/or paid production specialist for a portfolio of clients
    • Fully comprehend the client brief and develop a project plan to deliver on agreed upon expectations
    • Communicate elements of the brief to internal teams, and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy
    • Plan projects and supervise the execution of the various stages of production (manage scope, support teams in preparing and delivering assets
    • Balance the dual expectations of both the client and agency to ensure seamless project delivery and quality
    • Effectively manage day-to day communications and ensure all client requests are met in a timely and service oriented manner
    • Keep up to date on performance marketing tactics and trends in order to offer sound strategic recommendations to clients
    • Develop a deep understanding of performance marketing project requirements to support the information needs of the paid media and production team to enable project success
    • Develop strong client, partner and vendor relationships
    • Acquire a strong working knowledge of iProspect core services
    • Provide administrative support to the Account Lead (billing, profitability reports, forecasts, performance reports, setup tasks, manage MPAs,)
    • Aggregate and communicate performance reports
    • Ensure the respect of schedules, quality of projects and budget
    • With direction from the Account Lead, provide tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance performance


    Position requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, communications, or commerce
    • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar performance marketing/digital marketing role combined with at least 1 years of client facing/account management experience.  Previous agency experience would be considered a valuable asset.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, paid social media, display campaigns, content creation, analytics)
    • Proven agency or client experience
