    360i Canada is growing and looking for a Community Manager to join our team. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic personality who can collaborate and work positively with multiple team members, and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience managing comments, posting and developing content calendars as well as content strategies for clients. Working with the integrated team, you will develop content plans and calendars and be part of the social conversation for one of our key clients. With your strong understanding of all things social and the digital landscape, you will:

    Responsibilities

    • Seed conversations regarding client news, events & content
    • Monitor channels on a daily basis
    • Develop content strategies based on client direction
    • Develop content plans; source and distribute content to appropriate communities
    • Recruit consumers to share UGC and to engage in activity with the brand
    • Enhance relationships that consumers have with the brand
    • Moderate client communities and elevate online relationship for consumers, while escalating issues where appropriate.
    • Leverage a range of available media assets (photos, links, videos, etc.)
    • Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in consumer conversations
    • Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the larger team
    • Monitor social media channels, calendar/scheduling and optimization
    • Show measurable results in community engagement and growth
    • Work with the performance team to ensure proper targeting
    • Show a well-rounded sphere of media interest that informs your up-to-the-minute awareness of the news agenda - from politics, business, celebrity, sport, music and wider - and the ability to translate that into your account work

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant work experience
    • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to reflect different tones and styles to reflect the brands and communities you will be representing / engaging with through social
    • An outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic personality who can collaborate and work positively with multiple team members, agency partners and clients
    • Demonstrated ability to learn fast and to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
    • A passion for social and expert knowledge of various social platforms.
    • French language skills would be considered an asset but not necessary
