    Isobar is looking for, and building a new breed of analyst that combines traditional research and digital analytics skill sets. This candidate's contribution will power all aspects of the client's strategy, messaging, content creation and media activation. They will help drive our client's business goals by helping identify and understand the consciousness of the consumer across a connected media landscape.


    This candidate will command a superior understanding of not only people's actual behaviors, but also their attitudes, values and motivation - both the what as well as the why. They will bring together disparate and increasingly, unstructured data from first, second and third party partners. This position is responsible for data acquisition, reporting, and analytics on a dedicated account. This role is responsible for measuring the performance of online campaigns, illustrating return on investment, and deliver insights to improve performance. The role is instrumental in building and providing an integrated analysis and report for assigned brand campaigns.



    • Become the point person within the team to access and explore our Network’s proprietary audience data platform
    • Demonstrate curiosity for information and opinion from an unrestricted landscape, in turn helping define it as insights to shape our work
    • An ability to identify, consider and get into the mindset of multiple lifestyles and demographics in order to write up audience personas
    • The ability to interpret and filter percentage and index charts to derive what data is significant
    • Ensure that quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet client expectations
    • Aid in the creation of client strategy and write strategic/well thought out POVs


    • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, economics, mathematics and/or statistics)
    • 1-2 yrs experience in a similar analytics role Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
    • Strong mathematics background
    • Exceptional MS Excel and spreadsheet understanding and working Advanced computer skills (MS Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL Server, and/or PowerPivot)
    • Knowledge or experience in any of the following: predictive modeling, correlation analysis, segmentation analysis, nearest neighbor analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis (linear, multiple, or auto), creative/multivariate testing
    • Experience within the media industry a bonus
