Isobar is looking to add a Senior Account Managerto their team. The purpose of the role is to support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of the account. The Senior Account Manager has a strong account management and agency process experience and will be able to bring that to this role. This person is self-motivated and solutions-oriented. This role is also key in terms of building strong, trusting client relationships. Supports Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.



  • Project lead for the development and execution of digital campaigns, brand strategies and channel marketing initiatives (includes all media channels such as traditional, digital, experiential, social, content etc.)
  • Manage, plan and prioritize simultaneous projects and ensure buy-in from the appropriate stakeholders at the right time
  • Manages budgets, invoicing and financial reporting and planning in conjunction with the producers
  • Ensures all projects are completed as scheduled
  • Keeps clients updated on a weekly basis on all project statuses
  • Acts as clients’ secondary contact (to the account director) and provides client with solutions when issues arise either during project planning or on site with client/creative execution in place
  • Collaborates and manages marketing strategy planning with lead from account director
  • Supervises creative development and reviews, and approves creative materials at key stages with guidance from account director
  • Provides meaningful input into creative briefs, in conjunction with Strategy. Writes comprehensive and effective nuts and bolts briefs and contact reports
  • Works with all key stakeholders to ensure fully-integrated production occurs on any project – includes media partners, strategy, production etc.
  • Keeps account director informed of account activity
  • Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client
  • Comfortable presenting in large groups and to senior clients


  • 4-6 years of experience, within an agency environment, preferably on integrated businesses
  • Ability to manage complex integrated projects at a global level
  • Advanced oral and written communications skills with the ability to persuasively sell creative ideas internally and with clients
  • Great people skills, ability to navigate variety of different interpersonal situations with grace
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with ability to see the big picture
  • Experience working with and managing clients at various level
  • Ability to work in time-pressured environments, have a sense of urgency
  • Some experience managing teams
