    MKTG Canada, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is a global lifestyle marketing agency – comprised of pioneers and practitioners of sponsorship consulting and live branded experiences across the world of sports, entertainment, arts and cause is seeking a Intermediate Graphic Designer, XM to join our Creative Team.

    As part of the Creative Studio within the MKTG Canada, the Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and graphic solutions, under the guidance of the Associate Creative Director for our roster of clients. The Designer will create high quality visual communications for both print and web applications toward sponsorship and experiential marketing that has a lasting and memorable impact on consumers.


    • Create and develop designs that align with intended vision and concepts.
    • Present this work internally as a member of the team through clear communication with a product that is "on" brief
    • Develop concepts from thumbnails through rough idea development to comprehensive renderings and final presentations, adhering to the time, budget and scheduling constraints/opportunities outlined
    • Ensure graphic design artwork consistently exceed clients’ expectations by gathering feedback from internal presentations and from ACD to achieve a level of excellence
    • Act as an in-house brand manager to ensure proper brand standards align with client and sponsor requirements by educating oneself on brand standards as outlined
    • Generate ideas and assist team with building concepts into design work by having open brainstorming sessions along the way to avoid any miscommunication
    • Seeks knowledge beyond design principles and into marketing and advertising trends;
    • A desire to truly understand the use so as to understand the desired experience;
    • In addition to client work, projects include weekly graphic support to the Strategy team (blog, social media posts, internal communications, etc.)


    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design
    • 2+ years post-graduate work experience in an established Experiential Marketing creative and/or studio environment, 
    • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
    • This fast-paced position requires a strong, task-oriented, positive can-do attitude;
    • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet defined deadlines while collaborating with others
    • Ability to think critically and analytically to explain strategy and the “why” behind design work
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative writing (concepts, narratives, etc.) considered an asset
    • Capable of handling direction and constructive feedback
    • Strong understanding of brand design and branding principles; command of layout and typography;
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Familiarity with WordPress and Squarespace is considered an asset
    • Video editing capabilities are considered an asset
