Isobar is looking to add an experienced and organized Web Content Manager to join their growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the development of website content, coordinating the work of the creative team with client requirements and uploading content, offers, images, and legal across all Canadian regions.


Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a background of using content management systems. As a Web Content Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.


  • Manage the CMS for multiple websites
  • Work with developers, regional account teams and creative teams
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and implement content schedules for people to produce or update content
  • Ensure the website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established brand standards
  • Work with developers to solve technical issues in displaying content
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. legal disclaimers and data protection)
  • Works, in studio, directly with the producers and accounts team to ensure all content for our client’s websites is managed, sourced and correctly uploaded
  • Ensuring quality control of the content
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and related computer skills



  • 1-3 years of previous work experience as a Web Content Manager
  • Hands on experience with content management systems
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is considered an asset
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • Excellent writing skills in English (French writing skills considered an asset but not required)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Content & Digital Marketing background
