    DentsuX is looking to add a Paid Media Manager to their team to work on an incredibly fun and innovative auto client. The Paid Media Manager will demonstrate the ability to execute client projects and deliverables of paid search disciplines across client verticals and service platforms. This position reports into the VP/GAD of the account andis responsible for leading and managing the execution of PPC campaigns and strategies, the on time delivery and properly communicated initiatives to help achieve client goals. This position plays an integral role in the development and growth of the paid search channel team and the service offering.

    Responsibilities

    • Proven advanced capability of paid search
    • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent project management skills
    • Ability to be an advanced technical/discipline leader, and manage client communication without  requiring Account Supervisor involvement
    • Must be able to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations – i.e. adapted to change strategies and recommendations based on data sets
    • Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on PPC industry topics
    • Function as the paid search expert
    • Plan, manage, and execute paid search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
    • Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions , ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives
    • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, comScore, and Compete
    • Audit both  assigned client accounts and as well as assist other  accounts when needed
    • Execution & analysis of paid search beta tests & new platforms/vendors
    • Assist Account Supervisor with client communications around paid search knowledge, and recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to the client
    • Forecast & plan paid search growth, and regularly communicating opportunity with the client

    Qualifications

    • Experience in managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns
    • A strong understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution and influence on Paid Search Activities
    • Experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3, Certification a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, detailed orientation and project management ability
    • Google Certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and Adwords Certification
    • Must have of 5 +years experience in Paid Search
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
