Position Title: Reporting Analyst 
Position Type: Salaried
Reports to: Head of Insights

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

As an ICUC Reporting Analyst: your primary focus is to create and prepare client and internal reports.

 

Your primary day-to-day tasks will focus on:

  • Develop, deliver, compile data, & produce daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on feedback from participants as required.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data. Identify trends in social media based on data and metrics.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, and advance reporting materials , methods and capabilities. Producing, visualizing and analyzing metrics for client reports.
  • Optimizing the use of reporting templates. Looking for ways to make the reporting easier and more efficient.
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media industry trends, new platforms and technologies.
  • And other tasks that will come up in an experienced, fun, entrepreneurial company.

Reporting Lines & Management Expectations

  • You will report directly to the Head of Insights  but also work closely with Client Services
  • The role requires a confident self-starter approach, but support is available at every opportunity.
  • We value innovative thinking and the pace of the business requires a focused, get-on-with-it attitude.

We encourage feedback and issues should be raised as soon as possible to ensure quick resolution.

Qualifications

 

Qualified candidates will have to possess the following

  • Must have at least 1+ years of experience within a similar type of environment.
  • Proficient in one or more of the following: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Radian6/Social Studio, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, multitask, monitor, and respond to changes quickly in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, both solo and within a team, collaborate with other departments  virtually, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
  • Strong sense of account ownership and pride in work.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Friendly, diplomatic, and imperturbable self-starter with the willingness and desire to take initiative and get the job done.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Google Docs or similar.



Social Media

  • Proficiency with social media platforms - must have a Twitter and Facebook account and be a regular user of these and other social media sites.
  • Excellent knowledge of current events.

 

Technical

  • Must utilize a desktop computer or laptop meeting the minimum system requirements:
  • Running the latest version and update of the Operating System.
  • 4GB of RAM or more.
  • Must have an active and updated version of an anti virus software and ad-blocker.
  • Subscribe to high speed internet - minimum 30 mbps, or higher.
  • Must have adequate headset/mic. Webcams not required but encouraged.

 

Language

  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written communication.

The candidate will be required to successfully undergo a Criminal Record Check.
