    We are looking for an Account Supervisor (media planning), with a great sense of organization, self-reliant with in-depth knowledge of the digital and traditional media ecosystem.


    As Account Supervisorr, you will be the daily point of contact for clients and have the mandate to design innovative and results-oriented campaign strategies for our clients. With the support of a small team of media specialists you ensure the execution of 360 marketing projects in an efficient manner and in line with customer expectations.


    The Account Supervisor, Media Planning will:


    • Guide and direct media planning for all clients
    • Develop media strategies that match clients' goals and image
    • Seize new business opportunities to generate new revenue and help develop business
    • Participate actively in local, national and international "pitches"
    • Optimize the performance and performance of its team of media specialists
    • To support its teams in the effective follow-up of the steps of the realization of the media plan and to intervene to the needs in case of problem
    • Adequately advise his client through different analyzes, research and media perspectives.


    • University education in marketing, communication or other relevant related fields
    • Experience of more than 5 years in media strategy
    • In-depth expertise in 360 degree marketing
    • Creativity, rigor and ability to stand out in a strategic advisory role to clients and work teams;
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English (bilingualism required);
    • Ready to travel to meet with clients/teams, both in Montreal and Toronto (if needed)
