Isobar is on the hunt for a Data & Analytics Supervisor to join their cross functional team, working on a large keystone Auto client. The Data & Analytics Supervisor will work closely with the media supervisor and will report to the Group Account Director and VP of Media. This role requires a strong understanding of back end analytics, deriving insights and reports from data points, as well as of all aspects of performance marketing, to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of the service and meet client expectations. The Data & Analytic Supervisor plays an integral role in execution of the paid media strategy in outlining effective techniques and optimizations for optimal campaign performance as well as proposing recommendations and strategy to client. They will carry out general quantitative and qualitative research to produce media evaluation reports. These are then used to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Execution: Oversee and manage data ecosystems for our clients, from the set up to the ongoing maintenance, connecting third party tools (analytics, data management platforms, mobile analytics), client tools (reporting, database…) and agency tools (adserving) to have a connected vision of all marketing initiatives. Manages timely reporting, analyses & visualizations to track performance of business. Generate real-time, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid media initiatives. Drive forecasting capability by leveraging models devised from web & business KPI Provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical reporting related issues (pixel implementation, Influence business leaders to prioritize eCommerce through education and presentation of analytics Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adwords, DCM, Facebook Business Manager, Tableau Seismic and Compete.
Client & Internal Relationships: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand relevant goals, define success metrics and measurement schemes, and translate them into KPIs Manage and build relationships with all media agencies that work on the account Strategic Thinking & Leadership Monitor and administer business and analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals. Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings. Proactively search for business patterns that may influence forecasting capability to identify the most appropriate actions for impacting primary KPIs Deliver insights and analyze the product sell-through results in collaboration with our category-focused Business Units Perform end-to-end analyses on critical eCommerce problems with storytelling and clear recommendations to improve efficiencies & profitability Monitor analytics trends, best practices and data language techniques to stay informed on progressive opportunities across new and existing platforms
