The purpose of the role is to support the Account Director in planning and account handling, manage the Account Executive and monitor their workload, as well as help develop their skill sets. The Account Supervisor is also key when it comes to driving collaboration across all brands and building strong client relationships on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Project lead for the development and execution of integrated campaigns, brand strategies and channel marketing initiatives (includes all media channels such as traditional, digital, experiential, social, content etc.)
  • In conjunction with planning, translate business briefs, market research and data findings into consumer insights for the brand to capitalize on
  • Manage, plan and prioritize simultaneous projects and ensure buy-in from the appropriate stakeholders at the right time
  • Understand competitive market activities and consumer trends to stimulate new ideas and innovations that will help solve business problems and acquire new consumers
  • Assist Account Director to forecast revenue based on scope of work and determine required resources and timing to complete the work
  • Manages budgets, invoicing and financial reporting and planning
  • Ensures all projects are completed as scheduled
  • Keeps clients updated on a weekly basis on all project statuses
  • Manages account administration and contributes to efficient account organization
  • Acts as clients’ secondary contact (to the account director) and provides client with solutions when issues arise either during project planning or on site with client/creative execution in place
  • Collaborates and manages marketing strategy planning with lead from account director
  • Supervises creative development and reviews, and approves creative materials at key stages with guidance from account director
  • Manages all production issues related to the account and all projects
  • Write comprehensive and effective nuts and bolts briefs and contact reports
  • Works with all key stakeholders to ensure fully-integrated production occurs on any project – includes media partners, strategy, production etc.
  • Keeps account director informed of account activity
  • Motivates and manages team members to optimum service
  • Manages, coaches and develops direct reports
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client
  • Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed
  • Comfortable presenting in large groups and to senior clients
  • Works collaboratively across CARAT, Isobar, iProspect, Amplifi, and DAN network partners and partner agencies – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and the Agency.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience, preferably within an agency environment
    • Preference will be given to those who have Automotive experience, ideally retail 
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration (within agency and with partner agencies)
  • Some experience of managing teams
  • Experience of working with and managing clients
  • Strong production experience (mass and digital)
