We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is equal parts Arts and Science in their approach. You know who you are, the detail oriented, solutions minded thinker with the finesse to woo even the most passive candidates and challenging hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for all facets of identifying and engaging top digital & creative, and media talent for roles with ICUC.  

In this role you will manage full cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles and be a key contributor to the enhancement of current processes/tools ensuring the continued flow of high quality candidates & the creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintaining relationships with hiring managers/interview teams and drive an efficient end to end recruitment processes
  • Partner with managers to update job descriptions & messaging to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of techniques including social networking and direct sourcing
  • Assess candidates based on core competencies, job competencies, & culture fit
  • Maintain requisitions and all required information in applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • As the ideal candidate, you will possess a minimum of 3 years relevant full cycle recruitment experience within a fast paced, matrixed structured organization.
  • Previous retail, call center (shift work), or high volume recruitment project experience is required
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques & social media savvy
  • Strong ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability
  • Comfortable in a client-centric and collaborative environment
  • An awesome sense of humor and a fun-loving, can-do attitude
