    iProspect, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is specialized in digital performance marketing and is looking for a new Team Lead Data & Analytics who will be in charge to lead the department and business intelligence management for strategic clients portofolio.


    Our new Team Lead will be responsible of the tasks detailed below, classified by priority:

    • Business Intelligence: The Team lead Data & Analyst is a true leader in data analysis which means he’ll have to key mission to interpret all the data sources, create ADHOC reporting based on several dimensions that must be analyzed, provide support and advice to the Client Service team and directly to the client as well
    • Dashboard: It is mandatory that The Team lead Data & Analyst be knowledgeable on several visualization tools (Google Studio, Tableau, Datorama, Adobe…) in order to create relevant campaign dashboards and provide clear and accurate insights per campaign channels.
    • Monitoring tool settings: The Team lead Data & Analyst is responsible for setting monitoring tools which will be selected by our advertiser.
    • Attribution Model: The Team lead Data & Analyst must have significant experience with attribution model set up and provide insights/recommendations based on attribution dimensions which have been created.
    • Management: The Team Lead Data & Analyst will in charge of 5 people working exclusively on Analytic and Data issues. As leader, he have to monitor on a daily basics the works delivering by his team and drive personals career path for his employees.
    • Client Front: The Team Lead Data & Analyst will be the main point of contact to the Client Service team and will be able to insure high level meetings with our clients and to provide strategic insights based on his/her dashboards.


    Professional Experience:

    • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Analytics or related disciplines (SEM, Display, Paid Social…).
    • A good understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution).
    • Experience in Google Analytics 360 is mandatory // Google stack (DS3/DCM/DBM/360) is mandatory.
    • Experience on Tag management is also highly recommended (GTM, Tealium, Tag Commander, Adobe….) is mandatory
    • Experience on Dashboard solutions is mandatory (Tableau, Google Studio, Power Pivot….) is mandatory
    • Experience with Omniture stack and Javascript will be highly appreciated
    • Knowledge and mastery of other tools is highly appreciated.


    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results.
    • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate self-starter qualities, to research Digital Analytics issues and to formulate tangible solutions.
    • Leadership to drive the Data & Analytics department at a new level
    • Mastered understanding of reported metrics and what they mean.
    • Advanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
    • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
